In 2022, growth in the real estate sector broke records and the Aveiro company has been able to keep up. With more than 400 clients, Ponto Urbano continues to consolidate its position in the market.
Data from the National Statistics Institute (INE) reveals that 167,900 homes were sold in Portugal last year, 1.3% more than in 2021.
The volume of transactions also increased. It reached 31.8 billion euros.
2023 is also a year of increases. March, April and May have been the best months for the sector so far. Some experts say that the market is going through changes that require adaptation, but any time is a good time to invest in your own permanent home.
The good news doesn’t stop there. The sale of new homes was also a record. In line with these trends, Ponto Urbano has brought more housing to the city of Aveiro through the Puro Homes and Puro Tower buildings. Next to these, Puro Golden is being built, completing the Puro trilogy. Also in Aveiro, Maximum stands out for its generous areas and The Tiles is the perfect fusion of traditional and modern. In the city center of Aveiro, where demand for new housing has not slowed down, two more new projects are already underway, one in the Barrocas area and the other in the Alboi area.
Families were the ones who bought the most houses, something that the Aveiro company has not forgotten, since the various projects underway include a variety of types, ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms and located in strategic locations close to the main access routes.
At Ponto Urbano, consolidation is achieved through hard work, which is why the projects are spreading to the rest of the city and the district of Aveiro.
In a company where “we believe that what’s inside the walls is just as important, if not more so, than what’s on the outside”, Ponto Urbano is once again focusing on building near the beach. In Vagueira, the Difference project stands between the estuary and the sea.
